I love reading. I also like buying books. This year, I’ve decided to start collecting the unread books in my house and working through them.
Did you know that reading has health benefits?
An NIH study found that on average, those who read books lived 23 months longer than their non-book reading counterparts.
A 2019 clinical trial studied whether reading in bed at night versus doing other things before bed resulted in improved sleep. 42% of participants in the reading cohort reported improved sleep.
