Unlocking Wellness: A Naturopath's Book List for 2024

Ever wondered what is on a naturopath’s book list? 

I love reading. I also like buying books. This year, I’ve decided to start collecting the unread books in my house and working through them. 

Did you know that reading has health benefits?

  • An NIH study found that on average, those who read books lived 23 months longer than their non-book reading counterparts. 

  • A 2019 clinical trial studied whether reading in bed at night versus doing other things before bed resulted in improved sleep. 42% of participants in the reading cohort reported improved sleep.
